Since I developed prolapse (when I was in my 20's) over 24+ years ago, I have had the opportunity to see the power of pelvic PT and perineal compression in my own life and countless others.  I went from having a vaginal bulge when I was walking to being able to participate in whatever activities I wanted to do, without pain, leaking, or the VAGINAL BULGE!!  And nope- I did not have surgery.  You may be wondering, HOW??

The simple answer: I mastered the concept of managing prolapse, perineal descent, and stress urinary incontinence conservatively- without surgery. 

As you may know, it isn't that simple!  There are MANY factors involved in addressing prolapse and the pelvic floor.  What are the pelvic floor muscles doing?  Was there a partial or a full levator avulsion?  What is the fascial support system like?  What is my GH+PB?  What pressure is being applied from above?  How much force needs to be generated to counteract the intra-abdominal pressure?  What can we do to optimize support from below? And more!

When we understand WHY things are happening, and break all the factors down into micro steps, it becomes much more manageable.  How can we address and problem-solve each factor until we reach a successful solution?

Once you complete the survey, you will be immediately notified if you are selected to be a tester.  If you are selected, you will receive a special link to purchase your $25 pelvic bra (remember you will get a $25 refund if you complete the survey).
