1. What is the difference between the BASIC and PRO ambassador programs?
a Both plans grant access to patient handouts, infographics, and the rest of our digital media gallery. The PRO program also has access to our extensive webinar database (and CEUs) a monthly optional 1:1 live zoom check-in with Jeanice, and our live monthly events (3 pelvic health webinars, 1 complex case discussion, and 1 compliance Q&A). 2. Is there a cancellation fee?
a No, there is no cancellation fee. Cancel anytime without penalty. If you do decide to cancel someday, please tell us why! We want these resources to help you help more people.
3. Do you have student rates?
a We don’t have a set student rate but we do have promotionals several times per year.
4. Do you offer CEU’s?
a Yes, you will receive a CEU certificate for each course after you take the course survey. However, at this time, when applicable, you are responsible for submitting that course for approval to your course approval entity. We will provide whatever documents you need for that process. Some entities/states have very strict approval procedures where applications are required and some accept our CEU certificate without any issues.
5. How can I watch the live webinars?
a Monitor your email for the monthly webinar lineup and expect 24-hour and 1-hour reminder emails with the webinar links.
6. How do I login to view past webinars?
a Go to myPFM.com and click on “Login to my course” at the top right.
b You can also go to PelvicFlicks.com to view the webinars in a streaming format.
7. What is the difference between Pelvic Flicks and Kajabi?
a Kajabi is our main webinar platform. This is also where you will take the survey to get your CEU certificate.
b PelvicFlicks.com has the same webinar content, but it is categorized by content type to make it easier to find the webinar you are seeking and to enhance the viewing experience for our users. Full PelvicFllicks.com access is included in the Pro Ambassador membership.
8. How do I access PelvicFlicks.com?
a You will receive an email with a special link. Use this link to sign up for free at pelvicflicks.com. You will need to set up a username and password since it’s a different platform.
9. What can I expect in terms of emails from myPFM?
a Weekly blog.
b Monthly “Here’s what is happening” summary.
c A survey 1 week in advance of complex case discussions and the compliance Q&A gauging topics of discussion and interest.
d A 24-hour and a 1-hour reminder with zoom links before each live event.
e A post webinar notification that the webinar is now accessible in your library to view at your convenience.
f 1-2 Promotional emails per month highlighting various topics or events.
10. Why am I not receiving myPFM emails?
a Sometimes these emails end up in your spam or junk inbox. If that is the case, move it to your inbox or reply to the email. That usually alerts your filtering software to deliver subsequent myPFM emails to your main inbox.
b Did you check the “subscribe to emails” box when you signed up? Without that box being checked, we can’t send you any of our automated emails. If you aren’t sure, email us [email protected]. We will help figure it out!
