What People Are Saying:

Jeanice is such a wonderful asset to women and moms. Her posts are not only encouraging but remind you that it’s never too late to rebuild your PF strength and function. Functionality is so much more than “just do kegels” - the worst and most ill informed message the majority of women get from their OBs and fellow ladies. You don’t know what you don’t know, right? Jeanice breaks down the myths, the good and bad, and offers additional help finding an in person therapist near you. I attended one of her virtual calls once and I loved the level of information & how easy it was to translate into daily life.

Your interview on anal fissures meant a lot on both a personal and professional level. As a PT and someone who has chronic fissure for the last couple of years, it can be so incredibly isolating and anxiety-producing. And it was very informative and moving to watch your video. I wish you were in Chicagoland - I would come see you!

Hello! I've been following your posts for a while now. I have had a lot of trauma in my life and after 3 kids, I needed to see a pelvic pt desperately. I finally built up the courage after following you a while. It has been life changing for me!! I'm so upset with myself for not seeing her years ago. But I'm moving on now and FINALLY healing. So thank you so much for all your positive posts, information and making it totally normal.
