Dr. Susie Gronski "Overcoming Premature Ejaculation"

After purchasing the event you will receive a link in your email for direct access.

If you’re a man who’s ever experienced early ejaculation when you weren’t ready for it, you’ll know how upsetting this feels. Perhaps you’ve been ashamed or embarrassed that you couldn’t ‘go the extra mile’. You’re not alone. Approximately 30% of men worldwide experience premature ejaculation. If you’re not happy with your performance and it’s causing you distress, either personally or in your relationship or both, this workshop is for you. Premature ejaculation is workable and in this one-hour, online workshop you’ll learn how to optimize your stamina in the bedroom. This workshop is intentionally focused on cisgender men. I would like to acknowledge that there is necessary work needed around transgender men, non-binary and gender expansive people.

By the end of this workshop, participants will:

· In an anonymous large group activity, participants will describe the physiological process of an erection and ejaculation.

· Explain how the stress response mechanism impacts sexual performance in an anonymous large group activity.

· In a forced choice activity, participants will identify and describe their comfort level with using the proposed strategies for premature ejaculation and name at least one way they can increase their comfort.

Specializing in men’s pelvic and sexual health, Susie Gronski, PT, DPT is a licensed doctor of physical therapy, certified pelvic rehabilitation practitioner, international teacher, author and creator of one-to-one and self-paced health programs that help men with pelvic pain become experts in treating themselves.
