Chantal Traub "2nd STAGE LABOR. Baby, Body, Breath"

2. List the various phases of the 2nd Stage of Labor.

4. Describe some breathing practices for different phases of 2nd Stage.

Chantal Traub is a certified health coach, doula, childbirth educator, yoga instructor specialized in pre/postnatal yoga and MUTU® Systems trainer and has been assisting expecting families in New York since 2003. She is passionate about educating and informing pregnant people about pelvic health during pregnancy and to train the body and mind for an efficient and positive birth experience. Chantal created her Pushing Power, Protect the Perineum for Birth! and Birthing Strong workshops, which educate about 2nd Stage Labor and the pelvic floor, to push safely and effectively and to minimize damage. Chantal lives in Brooklyn with her husband and 2 children and you can find them hiking upstate or swimming in lakes during the summer.
